Welcome to the Entrance!

Welcome to the entrance and thank you very much for taking on a shift! The entrance shift involves checking in briefly with everyone attending the event, receiving entry donations, and checking membership cards. Here's some information you'll need. First find out if there's a door shift happening at the same time as your shift. If not, the entrance shift also takes on the tasks of the door shift!

➔ Entrance to the venue is by donation – from zero to infinity. People can be admitted for zero euros. Of course, we always appreciate donations to cover fixed costs (rent, electricity, etc.) and event expenses. But even if people don't have to donate anything in order to enter, they still need to check in at the entrance and, if necessary, get a stamp.

➔ Every person wishing to enter must present a membership card. If they don't have one, we can issue one. The events are for members only, so the card is necessary.

For a new membership card, we need a name and an address (email or physical). These are entered into a list. These are legal requirements. We do not send newsletters, etc.

The basis for entering and participating in events is the fundamental agreement that we do not tolerate sexist, racist, anti-Semitic, transphobic, or homophobic behavior as well as other forms of discrimination.

If you notice inappropriate behavior, and you cannot resolve it yourself, please inform the organizer.

The organizer determines when entry stops. No new people will be admitted after that. The organizer decides when new people can be admitted again. The entry stop must be enforced together with the door shift. If there isn't a door shift, it's best to check stamps outside.

If there is no extra Door-Shift filled, it makes sense to read the Door-Guide
